Had to take this lying and cheating owner to small claims court to get my money back...one year later I got my refund...tries to be cordial in front of the judge...stay away from this place.....THEY ARE TERRIBLE !!
Horrible service, they don't call back with updates, 7 months and no furniture yet, of course no refunds and all sales are final. Their staff had the audacity to ask me to "go into arbitration, we will see how that works for you". Francis O'Neil is the most disrespectful and hateful human being I have had an interaction with.
Update - Francis Oneil has stopped communication, I keep

I am looking online for places to furniture shop as I need to fully furnish an entire apartment. I am so glad I read through the reviews before shopping with this company. The way they seem to do most business and reply to their reviews are beyond unprofessional. I will definitely be taking my huge shopping spree check somewhere else!

Purchased furniture in first week of April have only received one piece of furniture. I have been given 3 different dates. Every time the date comes they say it’s been pushed back another month. This company is a scam they said I cannot get a refund. Was told when I purchased the furniture that anytime during the process I could ask for a refund if furniture had not been received but they can’t give the furniture that was paid for in full and their denying a full refund. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS !! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE FURNITURE!!!!!!!

This is the worst place to buy furniture!! We ordered furniture in July 2020 and were told it would be in in August and September at the latest! Paid in full , which was a mistake! They don’t call to let you know it’s been delayed. Every month we call and they say it’s backed up another month! Always using Covid as an excuse for the delay! Finally a couple weeks ago one piece came in. Tell me how one piece of furniture same make and material can come in but the other isn’t made yet?? Was told it would be February now for the sofa! They said they would call and put a hot rush on it and call
