Services
Ashley is our front desk, patient care coordinator at Elliff Dental. She is also a Certified Dental Assistant, with Coronal Polish and Sealants, Radiographs, and CPR certification. She is part of a military family and was actually born in England. She has had the opportunity to live and experience many different places and eventually settled in Black Hills South Dakota.
Regular dental visits are essential to make sure oral health problems - from tooth decay to oral cancer - are detected and treated in a timely manner. At our office, your oral health is our paramount concern. We want to make sure your teeth stay healthy, function well and look great! I began my undergraduate education at Southern Illinois University where I studied biomedical sciences and chemistry; graduating Summa Cum Laude. I was then accepted into Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine where I formed my foundation for quality dental care.
Since graduating I have not stopped my lifelong learning process; as I constantly attend continuing education courses to make sure I stay up to date with the latest general and cosmetic procedures.

Patinets using insurance are expected to pay co-payments and/or deductibles at the time of service. Elliff Dental will be happy to file claims for primary insurance programs. If you have a secondary insurance we will provide you with all the necessary information to self-file your secondary claim to be reimbursed directly to you.

I am new to this practice, but so far my experience has been great!!
Paulina had me in and out of the chair in less than 30 minutes with my mouth feeling just as great as the hour I used to spend in the chair at my last dentist. And they take my insurance! And Dr. Will did a great job checking things out.

I was a little nervous about returning to the dentist as a new patient since my previous cleaning at another office was before the COVID lockdown. The staff at Elliff was very professional and the front desk employees were masked and my hygienist, Nicole, wore proper PPE of two masks, goggles, and a face shield. Her cleaning was thorough and she explained each procedure. Dr. Andrew was welcoming and also had proper PPE during my exam. I left my appointment feeling relieved and at ease. Glad to have found this office close to home!

I've been taking my four kids (and myself) to see Dr. Elliff for several years. Dr. Elliff is pleasant and professional. His front office staff is courteous and explains any charges/ insurance issues upfront. His team of hygienists are very thorough. I just took my youngest for a check-up today - he has special needs and requires extra patience and understanding from everyone- and they were able to get a good set of x-rays (not an easy feat!) and do an intensive teeth cleaning. We have nothing but praise for Eliff Dental. Our Son had an accident and broke his jaw. They went out of their way to accommodate all of his needs and not once were concerned about payment. They showed extreme compassion and professionalism during a very traumatic time. We continue to go there as a Family and would highly recommend them to anyone.

After a change in dental insurance, I was on the hunt for a new dentist. I chose Elliff Dental based on their impressive Facebook reviews. Upon my arrival, I was impressed with the facilities. They were clean and updated and the receptionist was very friendly. I was promptly escorted to an exam room in the back where they have an open floor plan affording little privacy. My dental hygienist, Ruby, was very kind. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards Dr. Elliff. Last night I was in such bad pain on the right side of my mouth. I am six months pregnant so I was a little hesitant to go in and see what kind of work needed to be done but the pain was unbearable. I called right when they opened and they fit me in.
Turns out I needed a root canal. I have had one previously somewhere else and it scarred me pretty bad. I instantly started crying and Dr. Elliff said we could break it down into parts and go from there.
I told him to just go for it. HIM AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE AMAZING. She instantly calmed

We will never go back to this dentist! Our first trip we were quite impressed with the office (all new modern equipment) and staff, very nice. We had our teeth cleaned and everything went well that is until Dr. Elliff told us we needed crowns on some of our molars. He showed us the "questionable" cracks and we agreed to have them done. At the time we had dental insurance but throughout the next few visits we lost that insurance. The office manager explained our costs for the remaining crown work but when it was all said and done, the office manager had inflated the cost quite a bit, she
