Donny has spearheaded multiple real estate transactions for us. Recently he did two. With the first one we were the sellers, where I thought he might have set the price a little high. Within two weeks we were in contract with an offer even higher!
The second was the purchase of an income property. As we looked around it seemed like nothing, but junk was available. Then we found a gem, but the seller has some unique requirements that I suspect had caused others to walk away. We were unable to give the seller what she wanted but thinking it through Donny made a “work around” offer that she accepted

I can’t say enough good things about working for Donny at Hero Real Estate! His work ethic and knowledge in real estate in unreal! I recently switched over at about 4 months ago from a another brokerage and I can honestly say that it was the best decision that I could ever make! I struggled with Real Estate for awhile working with an unsupportive Broker and lacking education.
