Karen is an amazingly compassionate and understanding real estate agent! We were VERY lucky to have been put in contact with her after we moved from NV to CA. Karen has been our property manager now since last year. We usually manage our own properties so this experience was new for us and a "tester". Through a business networking group called BNI, Tracy Givers, we were connected with Karen and must say she has been fabulous. Stress free is what we wanted and we got that and more. Karen is awesome! The housing market in Tracy is limited and it can be tough to find the right place in the right neighborhood. When you do find a property that works (to buy or rent) you often have to compete with other potential buyers or tenants. I recently worked with Karen to get into the house we wanted, and her guidance was invaluable. I don't think I would have gotten it without her, and she was such a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Many thanks Karen!

Karen Jordan is my Realtor of choice. She is honest and has tons of energy and knowledge. The best part is how she gives back to the community and has a program called "Homes for Hero's" where service men and women, teachers and police, Fire fighters etc.. receive a big check at close of escrow as a Thank You.
