My husband and I couldn’t be happier that we found Ben Atkinson while searching for our first home. Not only are his designs and floor plans thoughtful and well laid out, he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. He paid attention to every small detail of our home and continues to be responsive and thorough even after we moved in. From start to finish Ben Atkinson Homes provides a home building experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He worked with our vision by providing a house plan to work with us and made decisions to improve the functionality of our home. Construction began by sitting our home on a lot to maximize the street view as well as interior views to the outside. I just wanted to let Ben know that the Team he sent out yesterday to do maintenance on house were VERY professional & timely. Tim was the first member of Team to come to home to see what he could do to make repair. He was able to review and have Bubba from “Bubba Moffet & Daughter Plumbing” come out to take next step. Everything was taken care of smoothly & efficiently!!! EXCELLENT service from beginning (Tim) to end (Bubba)!!! Thank you again, Ben, for outstanding customer service!!! We purchased our home in the middle of the construction phase. The house was intended to participate in the upcoming Parade of Homes, and we were mindful of Ben's commitment to his timeline. Despite our additional “wants”, Ben was gracious in the patience he extended to us and thoughtful in the willingness to accommodate the changes in our project. In the end, the items on our punch list were minimal and Ben handled them personally.

This builder/ developer who bought and started to develop two properties away, clearly is more about money than community. Having lights and construction equipment running constantly before 6 am, in his development is not community oriented. I guarentee he/workers wouldn't like that noise outside his/their kids rooms on school days. But money motivates many more than manners.

Ben is awesome. As a woman, when I was interviewing builders, he was the only one who seemed to take me seriously. He was responsive and answered all of my questions. We are so glad we chose Ben. He and Kelly have helped us design and are now building the home of our dreams. Ben is always available and responsive to the daily questions I have concerning the process and products. He is always open to my ideas and keeps me grounded when I seem off track. He is by far the best builder in Central Texas and I will be proud to tell everyone "I own a Ben Atkinson custom home."
