Locally owned and operated with no ties to a large corporate structure, Buffalo Pharmacies Institutional has the ability to quickly respond to the ever-changing health care environment.
When it comes to helping your facility manage your pharmaceuticals, Buffalo Pharmacies is here to help. Maintain a complete resident profile and screen all orders for duplication, potential drug interactions, and appropriate drug, dose, route, frequency and therapy duration. This place is horrible don't get anything from here there drive is rude and nasty and I have had many calls with them.lori I thing was her name was ok but today was as rude as there driver and expected and 84 year old woman to walk a wheel chair downstairs that they didn't make sure they got paid for before delivering.and the drive came to house many time to deliver it and I called store after first time like she can't get down stires to get it and he kept showing up after I called.and when they walked about pick up they were to call me back about me paying for it because there was an issue no

If I could give no stars I would, the medical supplies service is absolutely terrible. I brought a script in for a back brase, was told there wasn't enough info on the script so they had to talk to my doc and call me when it's done. So now it's a week and a half gone by, when I call the women who work there do nothing but make excuses for their laziness and give attitude! This will be the last time I use this place, which is a shame because I've been going there for a long time.

Nothing good to say about this place,MY primary doc sent a prescription over there for a asthma machine on the 11/14/18 ,I being calling them about the status of my prescription that was on the 15,they told me I wiil get the delivery o. Saturday,today is Monday an I still waiting for the machine to get delivered to me.when I call is always a different answer.worse place ever.never again I will let my doc or other doc to send anything over ther.soo inresponsable,no good customer service .
