Services
Mike is an active member of the Bolivar Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow and a 2011 recipient of the Donald J. Babb Award. Mike is married to his wife, Nancy, has three daughters, two stepchildren and five grandchildren. In addition to his duties at the pharmacy, he serves in the Missouri House of Representatives for District 128.

I thought after covid boosters you were suppose to be monitored for 15 to 30 minutes.but i live in a senior village.and we had a health event.we got our boosters today.and they were given by stephens/ cmh.and there was no monitor time.and now the reply comes that we were all told to remain and self monitor.the guy that gave me my booster said nothing..in fact said you are all done.so your reply is a lie.

Horrible customer service. Employees are quite rude. Prescription is never ready when they say it will be & gets upset with you when you question why it isn't ready when THEY said it would be. Been using them ever since CMH & them merged & I'm glad I have different insurance now & this will be the final time I use them.

Great customer service. Dr sent refill for meds to Walmart instead of Stephens and employees helped me find where my prescription was. I'm done with Walmart, they charged me $64. for the same prescription that I had filled at Stephens for $15. I'm really thinking about changing all my prescriptions over to Stephens. Thank you guys

This use to be a really great pharmacy. But ever since CMH took it over it is garbage. They refill wrong prescriptions. Short you pills and say "they owe you" then when you try to pick up the remaining owed they say it's too early to refill. You call in one med and they send a different one. If I had a car I'd use Walmart.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Repeatedly loses my information in their system, have had multiple problems with different employees telling me my prescription is being filled and shipped but I never receive it only to find out it is “ready for pick up” when it should have been sent to me. When I finally am able to pick up the prescription the wait time is ridiculous. Will never use this pharmacy again.
