Always amazing service with booking airport pickups. Always prompt even when we don’t want to leave to go back to the Mid-west! Always friendly and courteous. Carol, Nicole and Craig have been our drivers since we started using them almost 1 year ago. Our friends and family have been referred and also have the same amazing experience. Anyways good conversations and updates on all things we missed while gone from the area…and always willing to follow the rules when coping with the loss of leaving EMR by finding the nearest open bar at Sky Harbor! CHEERS!..til next month!!

Mesa airport on Christmas Eve
and the flight was two hours
late and three hours to unload
the luggage and plane. After
hours of frustration Carol
brought my daughter to me
safe and sound at 4:00 a.m.
instead of 11:00p.m...with a
grin on her face in a cute elf

This review is long overdue! I ran into a situation where I was all of a sudden out of a ride to the airport, and my husband was unable to leave work. Being new to AZ, I didn't wish to drive to the airport to navigate around, nor did I want to pay them almost $200 to park in their garage. I sent a message to Carol late the evening BEFORE needing to leave. She sent a massage back the next AM and stated she could happily assist taking my daughter and I to the airport. Guess what, she only charges Estrella Mountain Ranch residence $50 to the airpot - that is a steal! The scheduling on the way home

Our transportation with Exclusive Transportation was exceptional. It was easy to schedule and dependable. We had a flight out at 6:15am so our driver was scheduled to pick us up at 4:15am. We were a little worried but our driver arrived early so no need to be worried. I highly recommend Exclusive Transportation Services

There are no doubts, this is the finest company in the West Valley! Our trip was an hour an ½ drive each way but then again, what a beautiful comfortable drive it was. Everyone saddled up and off riding we went. Carol treated my granddaughter like she was her own. Once she saw she was nervous, she even gave her riding help. Carol took pictures throughout the day so we would have the moments to share. I cannot say enough about Carol’s service, other than she is a must have!
