If you are planning a micro-wedding, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME looking at The Swan Club. Patty, the banquet manager, is rude and extremely unprofessional. After mentioning in my email that sixty was the maximum amount of guests attending my wedding, Patty was still quick to schedule an appointment for my fiancé and I to visit the venue. I reached out to her throughout the week with some questions and it appeared that she was excited to meet and show us around…...WRONG. My husband and I got married this past November and I cannot express how happy I was. My wedding was perfect, everything went off without a hitch and I truly owe it to my maitre d and my bridal attendant. Beautiful venue. Came here on a Saturday Autumn evening for a wedding. It was very big that it was able to support 2 weddings at the same time with staff to make sure we were all the right place for the right wedding.

Beautiful venue for a outdoor/indoor wedding. Picturesque! The ceremony was held under a cute little glass menagerie type of thing. So pretty! We proceeded to outdoor buffet style reception and holy moley, we didn't even get to the dinner part yet!! Food and drinks aplenty. Every option was available from vegan to pescatarian to meat lovers, you got it!
Would absolutely recommend having your wedding or any celebration here at this venue!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Watch out for what you sign there!
4 months before our wedding, we received an email from Swan Club informing us that State regulations prevent the place from carrying out the initial contract with a minimum of 65 guests, and they also shortened our wedding time. As a result, we were asked to come on-site, and we further learned that the contract is not executable at the time, as the state prohibited indoor gatherings exceeding 50 individuals along with the event concluding time of 10:00 pm.
At the time of the meeting, the Swan Club owner was

From the 10 venues my fiancé and I looked at at the beginning of 2020, the Swan Club was the one that took our breath away, and we knew that it was the one where we wanted to get married. I had two months to plan my wedding and believe me I checked many locations, but it was because of Sadie's (rep at the swan club) willingness to work with me that we ultimately selected the Swan Club for our wedding. I could not have been happier with my selection. The moment my fiancée (now husband) and I walked though the doors of the Swan Club we knew we had to have our wedding there.
The grounds are stunning, well kept and colorful. We were able to imagine all of the gorgeous picture we would wind up with (and did). The ballrooms are classy, well lit and spacious. Every little detail complements another to make it look like something out of a fairy tale. We felt like we were living in a Disney Movie, so magical and surreal.

I had a very unfortunate experience with the Swan Club. They took our deposit and when our wedding could not happen because of covid they refused to return it !!! Be careful from this venue. We were sent around to multiple people and got 0 conclusive responses for months. They dragged us along for months, assuring us they would get back to us, but they never did until our lawyer sent a letter. EXTREMELY unprofessional, irresponsible and completely elusive. They provided 0 services, yet are holding onto over $11,000 of our money. When we asked for our refund, the accountant (Dennis) stated "

We got married at the Swan Club on August 9. It could not have been better. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive. Emely was a fantastic bridal attendant, making our day perfect in every way. The grounds were amazing, as we got many great pictures. The room was set up exactly as we wanted, enabling our guests to have a great time despite the ongoing restrictions due to the pandemic.
