5 STARS PLUS!!! We had our wedding/reception here April 24, 2021 and it was amazing. Reds Roadhouse is a one of a kind venue. The setup and unique rustic/vintage decorations they have throughout every room was a huge help to my budget. The chapel is beautiful and didn’t need any additional decorations. We used the airstream room for our reception and what few decorations I added were just to help make the space my own. The food was delicious. The brisket was tender and juicy. The beans and potato salad were great too. Compliments to the chef. Aleisha was a joy to work with and was very helpful

Attended a recent wedding here, and was so impressed with this venue and their staff.
The venue is so unique and beautifully uses its quirkiness to give the metroplex diversity in its options to the traditional wedding venues.
With its many varied options of reception spaces, the comfortable bride and groom dressing suites, and the surprisingly quaint wedding chapel, this venue offers much to those seeking something "different."
And, Alicia and her staff were a pleasure to work with, always there when we needed them and quick to offer assistance in all the little things that inevitably popped

The venue is beautiful. The first representative we spoke with was wonderful, unfortunately she was let go. The bartenders and servers were very nice. During the transition to the new person in charge we had many changes to our contract because we didn't have it in writing although the previous person in charge said we could. DURING our wedding they did a walkthrough with clients. I understand BEFORE the event but I found it unprofessional. They also informed us that valet was required passed a certain amount of attendants however since we didn't have it in our contract due to the previous rep

I had a wedding 11-14-2020. Everything went well and staff did a great job and everyone loved outside and inside of the place. Even though it was a pandemic time and had sanitizers around for everyone. The only slight issue was there were tours before the wedding. Multiple people commented about tours given before wedding. We wouldn't mind using the place again for a event in the future. I hope the restaurant opens up again after the pandemic is over.

The venue space is very unique and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the food is good. I was very happy with Reds up until the day before my wedding. I got a call Thursday night asking if we could come and start doing decorations for the wedding at 2 pm instead of 11 am like we had originally discussed. While it was pretty inconvenient we received a $100 bar credit and I figured that if we went quick enough we could get all the decorations set up and still make some appointments I had later that day. We arrived at 2 pm on Friday (my wedding was the next day) and I was shocked to find that

My friend got married here. Once we got to the reception the family of the bride was bringing in water bottles (it's 108 out side right now) the owner of the place told the family no out side drinks were allowed that she had water for sale at the bar.... this is something you tell the people PAYING YOU TO RENT THIS PLACE OUT BEFOREEEEEEEEE the wedding! The bride paid for 3 servers.. 0 servers to be found he weddding party had to serve and still no water. I had no choice to go to the bar and pay $2 for a warm water and hot soda.

I had my wedding here back in April. The staff was very helpful and always answered my emails. They allowed me to come and visit multiple times. Since there was no event the Friday before, all of the decorating and cakes arrived well before Saturday and were stored in their kitchen! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a laid-back environment for your guests! Oh! And the food was great!!

I cannot say it enough that choosing to have our wedding at Reds Roadhouse was the start of something great. The venue has a distinctly cool aesthetic, it's reasonably priced and the owner/ her team --Lisa, Courtney, Aleisha-- are extremely helpful, caring, WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND while staying patient.
Because we chose Reds as our venue, we were able to stay calm, cool and damn near collected for our nupts.
When you visit Reds, you'll see a unique style and palette of colors --from the tree branch stringed with lights to old classic cars; their stainglass backdrop to their armstream

Went to Reds several times, back when it was a restaurant and bar, really enjoyed it. The owner came by and sat down at our table one night and told us the story of how our table fell out of the back of his truck, on the way to Reds, and that is why it was distressed looking. We enjoyed his visit and the story and he even bought us a drink.
However, that was a while ago, and things have unfortunately changed. For the past 6 weeks I have repeatedly called and left messages, seeking information about booking a wedding. I have not received a single call back and after reading the horrific "

I was the groom last night we had many guest for a wedding. I was told it would be like a bar closing at 2 if we paid hourly for servers and bartenders untill we were done. At 10 she walked up to the bride while she was on the dance floor and said someone had brought in outside liquor.(i understand this is wrong but we had no control of what our guests do. We were on board and asked our guest that did it to leave).. the owner lady Told us at that point to pack up and leave and shut down the wedding. She brought out a contract that had been modified to end the wedding at 10. I honestly could not

WARNING: If it's cold outside & you are watching a band, there will be no heat after about an hour of beginning. They have heaters all over but 2 tanks is all they will provide-straight from owners mouth. After that, they will not be heating the place. Also, we used 4 paper napkins & one wet bar towel to clean the table. The napkins & towel was black w/dirt. Obviously it's not in their prep procedure to wipe down the tables beforehand.
Disgusting!

Had lunch with a group here the other day. Trying to eat healthy(-er), so I had the Cobb salad. It was pretty filling with enough chicken and ham to satisfy the carnivore in me. Most everyone else ordered a burger.
Gotta say... next time I'm gonna do the same. One guy in our group ordered the regular roadhouse burger and remarked that it was the best burger he'd had in a while. Another ordered the squeeze burger, which looked fantastic. That will be my order the next time -- with the waffle cut sweet potato fries.
It did take a little while for our food to come out, so probably

You have to pay out the wazoo just to get in and for food ...drinks are overpriced as well. We had to wait forever for a drink and they act like you're lucky just to BE there. Service is like waiting for a snail race in peanut butter!!! First visit even the manager had to step in and serve, then acting as if we were an imposition just to get our order of mac n cheese!
This is our experience on more than one occasion. NOT impressed at ALL and won't be back. They don't even care when approached about the issues.

This was our first time to dine at Red's Roadhouse. We were there earlier for a meeting in one of the banquet rooms and decided to stay and have a couple of appetizers since it was so late.
What a funky place! I love all the old cars. To say the least, Red's has a VERY eclectic atmosphere. Our server, Sophia, took very good care of us. My wife ordered a beer and I ordered a margarita on the rocks. My margarita was delicious. We also order the "Texas Toothpicks" and Chips and Queso for our appetizers.
The Texas Toothpicks are a mixture of thin slices of onions and jalapenos
