A colleague of mine has an unexpected death in the family. I was trying to find a nice flower arrangement in short notice. I went to two different grocery stores for flowers, their flowers were dying and some the petals were falling off the stems. A nice lady from this flourist bouquet was kind, polite and spoke to me. She helped me with my flower arrangement and made them beautiful. There were also other beautiful flower arrangements for different occasions here.

Today I called to send a day-of bouquet to my mother! I'm PICKY, and I wanted a certain "look", with lots of greens and white flowers. I'm hours away, so they were generous enough to text me a photo of the bouquet as they were designing it. I was able to make adjustments that I wanted and be as picky as I liked- and it was GORGEOUS.
My mom was SO surprised at the gift and she texted me saying "These are the most beautiful flowers I’ve honestly ever seen!" She also took a beautiful photo that I'll share. I was able to set a price limit as well as pay over the phone. SO EASY! It was a great experience

Ted's Flower Basket staff were exceptionally caring and professional. I saw the bouquet I ordered for a college roommate's anniversary. They were just lovely. Because of the heat, they chose not to leave them at their home. I appreciate their friendly service, I wish more businesses were this thoughtful.
