Camdenton R-III School Districts is one of many schools located in Lake of the Ozarks. Camdenton R-III has always placed a heavy emphasis on its instructional offerings. The district maintains the highest state rating, that being the first school district in Missouri to have all schools in the district accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
School of the Osage, a progressive and growing school system, draws its name from the nearby Osage River and the Indians who once lived in the area. The district enrollment of approximately 1900 includes a K-2 elementary school, an upper elementary (3-5), a middle school (6-8) and high school. The schools and students of School of the Osage have received numerous awards in athletic, academic, and music competitions.

We came to Kyle in search of a house at the Lake of the Ozarks.
We had a list of search criteria of things we wanted. With Kyles help we were able to sort out which ones really mattered. When Kyle was about to leave for Vacation the perfect house came onto the market. Kyle's willingness to get us all he info we needed, set up an appointment to see the house, all while he was at the airport and then later once he arrived at his destination get the paper work done, allowed us to get our offer in and accepted on our dream Lake house. I would recommend Kyle to anyone in search of a house at the Lake

My husband and I would highly recommend Kyle LeMay for all your real estate needs! We were out of town buyers who wanted a house on the quiet side of the lake. Kyle was very knowledgeable and educated us regarding dock permits, septic systems and wells. He was always willing to go that extra mile to show us properties on the weekend.
