When it comes to lake property at the Lake of the Ozarks, Sophia Marr and the Fran Campbell Team at RE/MAX are the only way to go. Lake property has so many features that determine value, i.e. location, view of the water, depth of the water, docks, and much more. Sophia and this team understand all these determinates of value and how to help find the perfect fit, especially if you are new to the area like we are. Virginia Kirvan is AWESOME! If we had questions or concerns with the purchasing of our Condo, she was right there with an answer. If she didn't know it, she would get a hold of people who knew the answer. We were so glad to have Virginia on our side.
