The reason I am leaving a bad review is based off not having enough agents to help us out . I been there a few times and this place is always short on staff or either the staff are not qualified for certain policies and there’s always new staff coming and going ( new hires ) . The only ones you truly can count on is Brenda narez and the manager Aida . Ask for them . I’m not sure who is operating the company but they need to have more help and Qualified agents who are fast and efficient. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , GREAT DEALS BUT LACK OF HELP AND AGENTS . YOU WILL SIT THERE FOR A WHILE .
