Had to have my car towed for what I thought was transmission/drive train problem. when I called back later to let them know I was gonna have to have the car towed somewhere else due to warranty. Chris told me when he was unloading he noticed something and didn't think it was what we originally thought it was. Chris was right and was an easy fix. Saved me time wo my car and possibly big bill. Highly recommend

When it comes to cars, I’m at a complete loss of knowledge for really anything other than the basics of “how to drive”. So when I wrecked my Malibu, all I could think was “there is no way I’m going to be able to get this fixed”. All my prior experiences w other vehicles and local mechanics have been nothing but NIGHTMARES! Until, this last occurrence when someone recommended Minichs, and truthfully I don’t think I will ever go elsewhere. The experience was absolutely seamless and the outcome was even better! My car broke down on the oil city bridge and Minichs to the rescue. They were so nice and helpful they was able to get the part to fix my old girl right up and us back on the road. My dad even uses Minichs and let me tell you they are worth the call if you need a tow, inspection, work done on your vehicle, they are a great shop to call. Life savers! They were the only company AAA could get for us in a timely manner when we needed a tow and service. They provided excellent customer service including pick-up and drop-off of vehicle. We had them reapir another vehicle which needed extensive body / suspension/ exhaust work. They even delivered the finished vehicle on a Sunday. All was provided in a timely manner, and they were patient while we arranged payment.
