After a dispute of misidentification with the Harrisville PD, this company was dispatched to tow my vehicle. Within an hour of the towing, my dispute had been cleared up, and I was on the hunt for my now towed vehicle. After verifying with the PD (4 separate times) that Prys towing had I I proceeded to reach out to them. After calling and choosing option 1, I was told to call back and pick option 2. And so on and so forth until eventually I was told to leave a number and once they pick up my vehicle they will contact me. Therefore, the race is on?! But my vehicle was gone? And Prys denied towing

So we were out enjoying a ride in the hot rod yesterday and the transmission went....many people passed by but only a few stopped to offer help....Sue and Len from Prospect...angels from God....stopped...went… to the store...purchased transmission fluid AND two bottles of water And came back!! in the mean time, we called AAA thinking it would take all day for them to get there...the great thing about Prys towing. is i received a call back within thirty minutes from im assuming the owner updating us that he would be there within 15 minutes..when you're stranded..thats a beautiful call and

Lincoln the tow truck driver was quick, kind, professional and had such great customer service that we chose to go with Pry's rather than the garage we intended to go to. Within 24 hours I received a call from Matt, the auto technician who also was kind, thorough, professional, informative and patient with me. It's hard to find a garage to trust now-a days but I think we found one! We will happily continue to do business with Prys due to their honest prices, quick turn around and great customer service.

We had our car towed to butler tires for less we left our car keys with the driver and they lost them. I called to find them after I called the mechanic and aaa and the guy flipped out on me after saying that I needed my keys to drive. without even looking he starts denying that they even have the and proceeds to hang up on me. my boyfriend called and because he was a man he would talk to him. worst service ever
