I have been training clients for over 15 years. Most recently I went back to school to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I love working with people that are not happy with how they currently feel and want to make lifestyle changes to have a better life. As a busy mom of 2 girls, plus 2 step boys I understand the struggle for self care, exercising and eating a balanced healthy diet.
