Just like the oxygen (O2) we breathe, fitness is a necessity to be healthy. Your body gets weak if your body doesn't move. That's why, at O2 BodyFit, we're committed to the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of our community. Through the years, our team has served over 6,000 members and, together, we've burned more than 200,000 lbs of fat!
Whether you are getting ready for your first obstacle course race or would like to improve on your next one, our Spartan SGX Certified coaches can help! We know how exciting and nerve-wracking these events can be. We have helped hundreds of participants prepare for races such as Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Rugged Maniac, and Terrain Race.

O2 body fit is more then just a gym it's literally a new family for all it's members. Every single coach here is bomb and will bring fire . None of the workouts are boring or ever the same which will keeps you engaged and keep you guessing you never know what is in store. Coach Zack is one of my favorites. He is dedicated like all staff to the fitness goals and health of the clients. He starts every session with a motivating quote and BRINGS NOTHING but BIG ENERGY!! I started going to O2 in October 2021 and it very quickly became one of my favorite parts of the day! At the beginning I was super nervous about joining as it had been a while since I had worked out however everyone was super helpful and welcoming ! Coming to this gym is now a part of my routine

Some of the standouts are the trainers take the time to get to know you, fun music (here for the hip hop vibes), and the classes are never boring!

I typically workout at home but decided to purchase a Groupon to check this place out. I'd heard nothing but great reviews about the owner and coaches but had to see for myself. I'm so glad I did because I've been coming to O2 BodyFit consistently for the last two months.

PROS:
- Takes Covid precautions seriously. Must wear mask, check temperature before entering, social distance, and clean equipment after use and before moving onto next station.

I have driven past the O2 building for years before finally looking it up this past September, before my wedding. The boot camp style class was exciting to me because I appreciate the structure and variance that they provide. I'm so thankful that I signed up for the trial class! I grew up swimming and playing water polo, so a gym or class always made me uncomfortable - land things are hard. I joined O2 mid 2021 and am so grateful for the positive change this place has had on me. I was there when the regulations went from mask to no mask to mask again ‍ But through all the changes O2 has stayed consistent! The community and support that I've received through joining O2 has helped me with better lifestyle choices! Allen knowing your name and taking instant notice if you seem lost or unsure. I have never been much of an athlete, but working out at O2 has pushed me to my limits and the best part is that even though it's always tough no matter how many times I go, it's the experience that keeps me coming back. The energetic and friendly coaches, the encouragement from other peers makes it feel not like a competition but more like a team, the large variety of gym equipment, and the always changing and unique classes make each work out day a new experience.

O2 is literally the best gym, I'm someone who can easily be unmotivated if I don't have a group or plan with my workout regimen. O2 literally is a place where you easily sign up for a class, show up, and the workout is planned for you. The trainers make sure to pay close attention to everyone's form in a group workout. Really enjoy working out at o2 Bodyfit, all the coaches show support and take the time to get to know their members. No one judges anyone & everyone there comes in with good vibes and good attitude. This is my first time signing up for a boot camp and it has been a great investment! I'm a volleyball and ice hockey player and after spending a year and a half of doing no physical activity due to the pandemic, I felt my body getting sluggish. Attending these hour-long classes Monday-Friday has been an awesome way to get back into shape. All the coaches are super energetic and very supportive. Each session has a fitness helper who ensures we are using proper form and modifies workouts for you as needed. Workouts are different each day and so far I haven't had the same workout twice.

What a great community to workout with! O2 BodyFit is an uncommon gym, no pretentious coaches or people, a community you feel welcomed in and results! Coach Zach will always give you a challenging workout, laughs while doing it and the best playlists! He also takes time to explain an exercise and break down questions or modifications you might have. Coach Allen and Arnold are very knowledgeable.
O2 has excellent communications, providing the schedule each month while also sending the workouts prior to class!
The facility is a great open space and they continue to follow protocols to keep people

I don't know why I waited so long to write this review but it's time to share the secret. I've been coming to O2 for over a year now and my experience has been phenomenal. I can safely say that i've taken classes with all the coaches and all of them have been great. At time's when its hard to get up to actually go to the gym I tend to take coach Zack's class. There's no way you can take Zack's class and not just instantly feel better. If you struggle with motivation and need a really good hand's on approach to training I would highly recommend catching one of his classes, he's genuinely invested

My gym closed down permanently during COVID and was gonna sign up with another gym but the thought of picking up and putting down weights will be the same boring and unmotivating routine. We have Spartan races coming up and needed a fitness program not only to build our strength and endurance but also something that's different and fun to do.

Found O2 online and signed up for a 1-day trial. We enjoyed the class so much and were burning so many calories (~500cal per Fitbit) that we decided to signup for their 6-week Bootcamp class.

6wks later, I lost 6lbs, lost 2% body fat, and increased

Came in here after working out at home by myself for a year due to covid 19, but Im glad I found this place. Working out with others and being motivated/pushed by all the coaches is a great environment that helps you become a better version of yourself whether mentally or physically. Overall great experience and definitely recommend!

I can't say enough about how wonderful 02 fitness has been. I recently completed the 6 week boot camp and noticed huge changes in both the way I look and the way I feel! The energy during the boot camp classes is so amazing and the workouts are tough but also so much fun! I love how every class is unique and challenging in its own way. I also love the supportive team environment.

I especially love working out with coach Zack! He is so high energy and always pushes me! Coach Monica and Coach Allen are amazing as well! All of the coaches work with you on form while pushing and motivating you

Zack, Allen, and the entire coach crew at O2 are simply the best. I came to O2 pretty out of shape and their workouts always bring the energy and burn the calories! The workouts are always different and never boring, you just show up and will always get a great workout in. Their place is packed with everything you need ranging from free weights, erg machines, tires to flip, prowlers, the list goes on.

What's even better is they foster a real community and everyone there feels like family. The fitness and age range varies so regardless if you're a college athlete or in your 50s and

When you're plus-sized, you often feel intimidated of the journey towards better health, fitness, and your overall wellness. I joined not necessarily for weight-loss, but for lowering my blood sugar & trying to develop life-long healthy habits like exercising to help control my diabetes. Best gym experience! I've been going to this gym for a few years now and from day one I have loved going here!

Pros:
-great community
-dynamic workouts (every coach works hard to make work outs that you can either push yourself on or use modifications)
- excellent vibe (there's no judgement, everyone supports each other)
-coaches genuinely get to know you and want to support the goals you make for yourself
-Coach Zack's work outs will always make you feel like you put in good work and a sense of pride for getting through them!

My favorite thing about this lil gym is the community. Genuinely good people you don't mind swapping some stories with and easily encourage each other through every workout. Coach Zack's infectious laugh and energy give you that extra motivation to push yourself a little more and have fun doing it. Coach Allen is encouraging and helps you get your form down. This gym is great for all levels of fitness so it's ok if covid's made you "fall off the wagon", all are welcome here. Thanks O2!

I have been going here for a number of years. I love the coaches and the community. Lots of support from all angles. I like that it's different coaches and methods each and every day. I highly recommend coming here. Come early because parking can be a challenge. Expect parking challenges when living in Daly City. It's a great place to be part of a fitness community and get some results.

Signed up for the OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Open Gym training course with my partner and we loved it! Coach Allen was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. (He even remembered our names later on in class even though we introduced ourselves once.) We've participated in a Spartan Sprint before (and will be doing a Tough Mudder soon), so we thought this would be a good place to build our skillset. With Coach Allen's instruction, we were able to build upon what we've experienced.
We were actually five minutes late, but we were welcomed kindly. The community here seems great. The other class
