He explained that an 1890 Victorian (also on the State and National Historic Registers) wouldn't appeal to just anyone. One of his competitors, with whom we chose not to do business, was rather dismissive of the house and came armed with comparable sales that were anything but comparable to this magnificent home.

Our realtor, Christopher Torncello is absolutely amazing! I will say our situation wasn’t the easiest to deal with, however Chris always had a solution, a positive attitude and always made sure we knew it would all be okay, and worth it in the end. Three years ago when I was purchasing a home, Kristen was the person I entrusted to review my options. Kristen is the Operations Manager at Clancy Real Estate and I have known her for the last three decades.
