HAAAT is owned and operated by Richard Van Vorst out of Rensselaer New York. I have been in and around the residential and light commercial construction, inspection and consulting industry for over 35 years. Through all of those years, I have seen and done about everything there is to see and do in this industry.
So you found the perfect home, BUT, It doesn't have a garage, or you need one more bedroom, or you'd really like to remove a couple of walls to open things up, or maybe you just wish it came with your dream kitchen. No need to run away from the deal, HAAAT can help you plan and manage your renovations or additions.
Many Home Inspectors sell you their service based on their ability to hand you their report before they leave the inspection home. As convenient as that sounds, what you are really receiving is only a checklisk of items on a pre-printed form. It is a rushed through document that meets the minimum requirements of the legal side of the process, but gives the client very little useful information.
