Firstly, their exams are more expensive than average at $185.00. I was told at the time of call in that the exam costs $145.00.
Two appointments have been scheduled months in advance. Although we arrived right on time, we had to wait around to be taken in. When we stepped back out to purchase frames and order lenses, we were continually told to wait although there was a multitude of associates. Finally, when we decided to take the prescription and leave without frames, the sales associate came up with paperwork, muttered "impatient" while avoiding eye contact and went back to her hole. Mind you

Doctors and their staff are so nice, professional and helpful. They are very thorough during your eye exams, I have had exams for contacts and glasses here. They have a great selection for frames as well. They can explain your insurance coverage to you if need be.Their wait times are a bit long even after your appointment has begun so make sure not to have any urgent plans afterwards. You may spend at least an hour there. Really like their services though so I will maintain my loyalty to their business.

I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 years and I’ve always had a very positive experience! I’ve seen all three doctors at different times and they’re all great, friendly and explain everything that you need or want to know. I’ve never had to wait long. My most recent visit during Covid times, the staff were cleaning and sanitizing everything promptly. I felt like they were very on top of it. I appreciate it so much!

100% Satisfied!!! From the staff to the Doctors, there is truly no better place to get your eyes taken care of.
Extremely compassionate and helpful. They never rush you out the door like a lot of offices do.
My family and I have been patients here for over 10 years and have always been happy with the time and care we receive.

I had a wonderful new patient experience. I was an emergency patient, I had a painful eye issue. I’m new to the area and was apprehensive about seeing a new eye doctor for something like this. But Dr. Madrak and his staff took excellent care of me. They were so kind and professional. Everyone kept there mask on the whole time, they required that I wear a mask, they had me wait in the car until they were ready for me, they took my temperature, and had hand sanitizer everywhere. Dr Madrak was very kind and thorough, especially with his explanations and recommendations. He answered all my questions

First visit at the office was fine. Staff was friendly. Building is not handicapped accessible. Second visit, they FORGOT to order my contacts. Huge inconvenience. Now I have to go back to the office to pay for them for them to be ordered and I’m walking around with an old dirty pair on right now. The reason for my appointment was for contacts. Not cool.

Dr. Madrak OD is an exceptional optometrist. I was in there yesterday due to blurry vision and was concerned a recent health issue may have been the culprit. Dr. Madrak was very thorough and I appreciated his attention to the fact I also have multiple sclerosis. I feel very confident under his care.

Today was the first time I have been to Dr. Madrak and his team. I could not wait to get to a computer in order to write this review. They were all amazing. So different from other experiences I have had at previous locations. Bert assisted me with fitting my new glasses and was wonderful. She also noticed that the sunglasses I have now, from a different location, do not fit me the way they should. She did her best to make them comfortable for me until I receive my new ones - which I am thrilled with and can't wait to receive. I look forward to future visits with Dr. Madrak and his team.
