IMPORTANT: First time visit appointments will need to provide a credit card to hold their appointment time, should you cancel within 24 hours of appointment time you will be charged 50%. Cancellations more than 24 hours will not be charged, and should you need to cancel please call 615.265.8232. Our therapists depend on the hours booked, we appreciate your understanding.

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones by placing them or rubbing them on specific body parts. The stones are smooth and flat and are usually made of the volcanic rock type. These particular stones are chosen because they retain heat. Some massage therapists hold the stones in their hands and use them to massage with.
