If I could give these people zero stars I would. We were promised they would be out here between 1&2 pm today to empty the septic tank. After multiple calls & voicemails left there was no response finally we texted hoping to get a response because it was now 4pm. He texts back saying he's busy & to call someone else. So now we have to pay an extra 120 dollars for someone else to do it after hours because this guy took to long! Very rude the least he could have done is call. Wouldn't recommend.
