We called several companies to come out over the weekend to do a septic clean out due to an emergency, and Marion Pumper is the only one who would come. The tech Jake was outstanding. He explained the entire process and talked with us the entire time while working. If you need their services, definitely request Jake. You will not be disappointed. He is amazing.

I scheduled an early morning septic service more than a week out. They were to arrive Friday between 9am and noon. At 12:30 I called and was told he was 30 miles away and had another stop before me and it would be a couple of hours. At 4pm I called and was told the wrong info was in his gps and could he come Monday morning first stop. I called a few times on Monday and kept getting the time pushed back. I gave up but at 5 minutes til 5pm the fully loaded truck showed up. I sent him away and I'll tell you why. First and most importantly I don't want a fully loaded truck driving

I first used Marion Pumper for septic system inspection, which is separate from home inspection, when deciding whether to buy the house; the realtor mentioned that Rob (the pumper) was very thorough in his inspection; so when I decided to upgrade the septic system, replacing both the septic tank and the drain field, I again called Marion Pumper. It being busy season there were a few delays, but Darla (and Rob!) were both very helpful with scheduling; there were a few hiccups in the installation because of my quirky terrain, but all the guys were great, hardworking and explaining what they were

What a professional service. The gentleman was informative and friendly. He left my yard exactly as it had been before and left a detailed service call bill. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your septic tank.

I called this company as our septic backed up into our home. I spoke to Jeremy, the owners son. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It was after hours but he sent out one of his guys right away. Rob showed up and got straight to work. Rob was very articulate and very courteous. He pumped my septic, cleaned the filters, and got everything squared away. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Rick showed up before my appointment time and got right to work. He didn't mind me watching him and even explained and answered my questions. Rick did an excellent job making sure everything was pumped, cleaned the filter, inspected the system, explained to me how the system works and gave me some recommendations. Before leaving he cleaned up the work area and even cleaned up the little bit of mess in the flower bed where I had opened the access. The whole entire process took about an hour and before Rick left he made sure everything was functioning and all of my questions were addressed.
