We have spent over 20 years working with 1000s of athletes from over 50 gyms learning about what works and what doesn't work in terms of getting people fit, and perhaps more importantly, we have learned what works in order to keep people motivated and injury free so they can stay fit for life. We have a propriety method of developing fitness unlike anything you have ever tried before.

Your path with BodyLab includes both personal training and a full suite of nutrition courses, meal construction, and grocery shopping trips. We are able to achieve life changing results, at a predictable rate, and by a given date; no matter your age, body type, sex, or ability level. When you start at BodyLab, we'll make sure that you feel welcome and that your unique fitness needs are met.

There are many elements that go into making a world-class facility. From the training components like having enough space and equipment to practical components like free parking and showers, our facility has all the necessary components to help you get fit and stay fit for life.

Adequate Square Footage: Our 10,000 square foot facility, located on 3 acres, easily handles classes of up to 30 students, all the while leaving enough space for two or three apprentice coaches to run one-on-one personal training sessions on the other side of the facility.Inconveniences like parking are enough to deter you from going to the gym at all.
Once you've decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it's time to book a Free Consultation at BodyLab. Do it alone or bring a friend along. First, your coach will explain our fitness methodology, as well as BodyLab's application of functional fitness, which is based on the BodyLab Group's system.
By the time they're working with clients, they've done more than just a weekend course that tells them they're now certified to personal train-as is the case with many personal trainers and coaches today. Our apprentice coaches spend months shadowing instructors before they start working with their own clients.
BodyLab's Whiteboard Nutrition is the last nutrition training you will ever need. This is a science based data driven program that gets results. We cover how to shop for groceries and compose meals to cook for yourself, freeing you of ever having to have someone do it for you. Our nutrition program will teach you simple meal construction, achieving results, eating the food you love.
We've trained people from all over the world at BodyLab and have helped all of them experience physical and personal growth. We have worked with people of all ages, from a range of fitness backgrounds, and with a variety of physical limitations and have been able to coach them to become functionally fit.

Lots of weights and workout options, and there is always a workout of the day as well as a warmup and a modified version. Friendly encouraging and present staff, and there are also yoga and food blocking classes you can take. Love it!

Bodylab is amazing! I just finished up the women's 6 week challenge and have already signed up to continue training there. All of the coaches are friendly but will push you to get better. The atmosphere is awesome too, everyone is supportive and cheers you on! Would recommend to anyone!

I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about fitness and who loves the feeling of camaraderie. The friendly coaches are able to get to know each individual and work on their individual needs, as well as push you to succeed beyond your own expectations. The coaches and others working out make you feel included regardless of what your fitness level its. It is an experience I have not felt elsewhere. I am happy I found it. What I appreciate most about the coaching/training at Bodylab Crossfit is the organization. Any coach I happen to work with knows the names of each person and what they need

I gave myself a birthday present this year, I lost 59 pounds in 6 months. I did it for my health and quality of life. The saying its 80% diet and 20% gym is accurate. I tried to out train a bad diet and just gained more weight, unhealthy fat around my abdomen. Sugar and processed foods were a formidable foe. I want to be in the best shape I can be as I age because of the limits I see my parents and others face with illness and aging. On June 10th I started this journey at 224.2 lbs. and 28.5 % BF. I just moved to the area and really wanted to try out crossfit to get back into shape. I wanted to make sure I was picking a gym out that was right for me so I went to a few crossfit gyms around college station and Bryan and I noticed a similarity with all of those places. Some people were there to build muscle, some were there to get lean, and some people were there just to try and get back into shape. And no matter how big the class was, there was always one coach for an entire class of all these people who required different workouts to get the results they wanted. They would group everyone

Just started going here a few months ago and am 100% happy with my decision. The coaches are great and you get much more out of it than just an hour work out. Highly recommend as the best one in College Station after having tried 4 of them.

I tried other crossfit gyms which where similar exercises, but I really like more here because they put way more attention one than the other. I really recommend it is fun and intense.

I started with the Lab in March 2013 and have grown so much in all aspects of Crossfit. The coaches are amazing and the athletes are awesome to work out with. Every day is a different challenge and everyone there pushes you to do your best. I would highly recommend this box to anyone - no matter their fitness level.
