So what is my role at BCS Fitness? Aside from coming up with crazy things for our clients to do at the studio, I like to think BIG and help busy people create a better lifestyle for themselves and their family. Our BCS Fitness philosophy was born out of my own wrestling with trying to balance life (5 kids, beautiful wife, business, church, friendships, etc) and my own health and fitness.
Our 1:5 personal training experiences are individualized indoor training modules designed to help you get and stay fit, eat healthily, and increase your strength and overall conditioning. It combines expert support from certified performance coaches with the camaraderie of other folks who share your desire for lasting results.
Matt and his wife, Maria, joined a personal training small group and started training 3 days per week. She learned the importance of a great support system. In addition to her friends that already supported her, she gained a new set of tools, knowledge, and support by joining BCS Fitness! We couldn't be more proud of Chad and the incredible journey he has been on over the last few years.

The team at BCS are devoted to helping you succeed! I completed the challenge, which was 3 weekly 30 minute group training sessions, and lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks! AJ is the kindest, most motivating coach there ever was. I wish desperately that I lived in college station still so I could continue going to this gym. Sigh up NOW!

I love BCS Fitness. In fact, my whole family loves BCS Fitness! I’ve been working out here for about 3 years...I’ve never stuck with any gym or workout routine for 3 years! I love the personal attention from the trainers, the people I workout with, the fun atmosphere, and all the support.
During this quarantine, they have done an amazing job offering online workouts that even my kids are enjoying doing with me!
I’m stronger than I’ve been in a long time, my mental health is better, and I’m looking forward to continuing to make more positive changes!

Well a dear friend of mine Tara said it was a great place to workout. I got started on Friday the 24th and she was right. Coaches and people who come here are awesome. Since I hadn't worked out for a year they watched me and modified part of my workout. I'm already hooked and know I will get back in the best shape of my life. Being a 67 yr old this is important to me. I'm not on any meds and don't want to be on any. I love the way I'm treated and helped. You see people of all ages here. To get help back in shape or get you where you want to be come here.

I never thought I was a gym kind of person, until I found BCS Fitness. The staff there truly care about and support their clients. They know just how hard to push me to get me to do more than I thought I could do. I love the small group training sessions, each workout feels personalized to my needs. The 30 minute workout sessions are just right, I know I can work hard for that length of time and get the maximum benefit. I just started going in April, and already I love the environment that the trainers and the trainees provide the gym. You will be pushed physically and mentally, but if you do it right you will see improvements in not only your fitness level, but your day to day life, with better nights of sleep as well. BCS Fitness is definitely a 5-star gym and the trainers are as well. I highly recommend their group trainings!

I don't usually write online reviews, but I am so happy with my experiences at BCS Fitness that I felt compelled to post one. I am neither fit nor a morning person, and yet I now find myself getting out of bed early multiple days a week to work out with the fabulous trainers and awesome people at BCS Fitness. I’ve been a client at BCS Fitness for 10 months and I can’t imagine a more supportive, effective coach-based program! The staff & coaches are all knowledgeable and they motivate and make the workouts so fun and enjoyable. They help with everything you need...nutrition advice, help with weight plateaus, but most of all they are there to provide any support you need. Highly recommended!

BCS Fitness is wonderful! Brad and his team of personal trainers are professional, knowledgeable and motivating. The gym itself is small, clean, well maintained, and has a good energy where people know your name and hold you accountable. I love the thoughtfully structured workouts that constantly vary; they really make working out fun. I never thought I would say that, but it is really true! Try it for yourself and see!
