Spinal decompression is created as the DDS 300 inflates with air. Our patented VAP Technology decreases axial loading while increasing intervertebral disc space by anchoring underneath the rib cage pushing upwards and against the pelvic girdle pushing downwards. This action gently stretches the torso vertically and displaces stress away from the affected disc and nerve.

Will not use again. Called the posted number for patient complaints; didn't hear from the person whose name was listed, the owner, waited all day, from 10:30 to 4:30 ish for a return call from the manager who seemed to always be on another call every time I called the office, -- stopped by office to drop off the dry rotted wheel chair they had rented my wife and found the patient complaint sign was no longer hanging there .--- very poor satisfaction from my viewpoint

Went here to have a set of custom orthotic inserts made, and all aspects of the experience were positive. I always like when I call someplace and the owner answers the phone (Paul, at least I think he was the owner... sounded like he was). Came in a few weeks later to see their pedorthist Sidney who thoroughly evaluated my feet and scanned them with a nifty laser device to send off for the inserts to be made. Three weeks later they were in, and they're working great!

This company, and their "billing" partner, Aisling Medical (Carol Martin - intake . AT. aisling medical DOT net, are performing questionably legal billing practices and refuse to communicate to resolve any billing issues. If you get a bill from either of them, I highly recommend documenting everything and also considering filing a complaint with the appropriate agencies.

I have Medicare (last 10 years) and a supplemental plan. My doctor ordered a pair of diabetic shoes for me. This company would not accept payment from Medicare and required a $150 deposit then $188 when the shoes got here. Their reason is that Medicare is slow making payments and that I'd get a refund after they paid.
This is one of the most outrageous policies I've ever heard of. It discriminates against disabled senior citizens who are on a fixed income who depend upon Medicare to pay for their supplies.
After 10 years, I have never had to pay for prescribed medical supplies at all, much less
