My daughter was treated very well, I’m so happy with the care she received. She was treated like one of their own; with patience, compassion, and kindness. I’m so very thankful we decided to seek out other dentist offices for our kids.
My only negative experience was that I couldn’t have my coffee or a water jug while I waited with my daughter for her procedure which took 2.5 hours in total… mama needs her morning coffee 😆. Hopefully they can adjust this rule for adults accompanying minors for longer than normal procedures.

Our experience was beyond amazing, the staff was nice and personable, answered my questions, and made recommendations to better my daughter smile and health. Covid precautions was done like taking our temperature, the staff had mask on. The facility was so clean. I was very satisfied. My family just moved here from Alabama, glad we found a place that is close to our residence! I will have no problem referring this dental facility.

Cibolo Pediatric Dentistry has the most knowledgeable, hard working, and welcoming staff. I love taking my daughter here because she always leaves with a smile on her face. Upon entering the facility I was welcomed with amazing decor and amazing front desk staff. I had many questions (yes I was one of those annoying costumers that ask a lot of questions) and Candy answered all of my questions. She even let me choose the date and time of the next appointment so it can fit with my schedule. This is an amazing dentistry!

Very friendly staff. They give lots of goodies which makes it fun for kids. Very clean, inviting office.The dentist was sort of short and seemed in a hurry to move on. I didn't like that she didn't explain what she was doing before she did it. But that's just my controlling personality coming out. I've always hated going to the dentist so that doesn't help either. She was still very nice. Still rate them high and would recommend.

On our second visit to this dentist they did a fluoride treatment on my child after I specifically did NOT give permission to do so in the paperwork I filled out the day of the appointment. I couldn't believe that they would be so careless to not pay attention to those details and makes me not trust them. I won't be back and don't recommend.

I have nothing but love for this dentist office and orthodontist office. With 5 kids they make the schedule work and when I have to bring them ALL in for a cleaning they seem them back to back. The staff has been nothing but super friendly and loving towards the boys. They actually love going to the dentist. One of my kids had to get a filling and it was probably the best filling and most tranquil situation I have ever dealt with. I am going to hate when we have to move. Definitely one of the best dentists we have ever taken our kids to.

My initial appointment was fine. The hygienist was friendly. The dentist was in and out--no warm fuzzy feelings but that's was ok. However, my daughter needed a tooth fixed. I make an appointment then a few weeks later they call and say they need to reschedule because the dentist's schedule changed and she wouldn't be in that day. There were very few options available (and I had lost a few weeks of options while thinking I was scheduled) and I have another daughter getting married out of state which coincides with the available dates. Took my 4 year old for the first time today and she felt very comfortable and excited to be there. They made her visit a very positive experience for her first time seeing a dentist. Everyone is very nice, professional and most importantly, they take their time to speak to you.
The clinic is VERY clean and beautiful. They have strict covid safety procedures which we like. The wait time is minimal.

We had just moved here in Cibolo and we felt so fortunate that this place is by our neighborhood. Everyone were so friendly, and hospitable. Atmosphere are really nice and very kid friendly. It provided such an optimistic environment for my kids and as a mother, this allows me to feel at ease knowing my children are being taken great care of. I would highly recommend this pediatric dentist for anyone who seeks exceptional care for their kids!
