My first visit to Smiley Dental was a very pleasant experience. The receptionists, technicians, and lastly the dentist all were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. As everyone was in the examination mode, if the ensuing work is as expertly handled I don’t foresee any reason why they shouldn’t be a dentist of choice. Of course, time will tell more.

I just read a review condemning this office and implying misbehavior from doctors who truly care for each and every patient that enters their practice. We live in a crystal society and this review is sickening.

Was glad to get a call to go in on a Saturday so I would not have to miss work during the week. That was a 5 star but when it was time for service, 3 stars. My toddler appointment was over in 5 minutes. My teenager had an appointment and was in and out in about 10 minutes. I am all for fast service but I do not think their teeth were really cared for. I know this office accepts medicaid but I expect a lot more from the provider. We saw a different provider today and she just seem to rush through all of her appointments. This review is only based on today's service.

I have been very patient with the lack of communication, bad customer service and flat out chaos of this place. i picked this place because of their good price for braces. i have never ever once complained and just patiently wait till my daughter got her braces off so we could start going back to her normal dentist. almost every time we come no one knows whats happening with her braces, why were there or what the next steps are. our last visit the dentist got onto my daughter about "not taking good care of her teeth" because she had a starbucks cookie drink before the appt and made MULTIPLE comments

I scheduled a dental exam and cleaning on 10/14/2020. I am a new patient to the Smiley Dental office in Schertz, Texas. Therefore, I didn't know what expect. The staff was friendly and their facility is clean and well maintained.
Due to other financial responsibilities, I put off my regular dental cleanings and dental work that I knew I needed. So, the results of the x-ray and exam were not surprising to me. What was a surprise was the amount of cleaning I needed.

I appreciate the fact this company provides affordable dental services. In fact, we were able to get Invisalign cheaper than other orthodontists were quoting us for regular metal braces. Their current orthodontist, Dr Ashley Smith, is great. On the downside, there is always a significant wait during appointments. I don’t think we have ever not waited at least 40 minutes after our appointment time before being seen. Also, staff is nice and friendly but sorting out any issues can be a painful process where you get a different answer to the same question depending on who you talk to. Another con
