Terrible customer service skills...my friend called to inquire about employment opportunities and the lady who answered had horrible phone etiquette and a smart attitude. Then, as advised, went into the office to obtain job placement, and they refused to test his urine specimen. The lady told him there wasn't enough urine to test and demanded more, although he had just given an adequate amount (about a 1inch depth in the specimen cup). So, if there is a specific amount that you require, I would suggest telling the individual that BEFORE you send them into the restroom, not after. And, I have taken

Never work here. They fired my husband just because one person on first shift said he sat around. Mind you my husband worked second shift and sat to do paperwork on the parts they had and then would get up and help other sort parts with them. Everyone on second shift stated that my husband never sat around unless it was for paperwork reasons. Yet they still decided to fire him because the man on first shift has a picture of him doing paper against my husbands permission. Never work here. Unprofessional and rude.

Worked there for 2 weeks, was supposed to receive my first paycheck on August 19. Was told that day that my paperwork was messed up & I would receive it that following Monday, August 22. Still received NOTHING! i was forced to miss work that day to resolve an issue I was told they had already resolved. DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! Not to mention I waited 3 days for a background check that wasn't even mine. I had to bring in a background check sent to me from another employer to get hired!

Went to hire an individual for temp help, told we were all set and would have a helper the next day, helper never showed and didn't hear back from anyone for 2 days! I had to call 8 times before I was told the person I needed to speak to was out and they didn't think they could assist us. The receptionist was far more helpful than any other individual in this office. Unprofessional and unreliable.
