We provide temporary personnel for a wide variety of positions such as clerical and industrial work. These workers are available for a minimum of four hours or more. You are billed on an hourly basis at competitive rates. This is the solution for your work overloads, short-term projects, vacations or unplanned absences.
You can work with these employees as long as you need them. Our temp-to-hire service enables clients to evaluate a candidate's performance before making an offer of permanent employment. We keep the employee on our payroll for a predetermined evaluation period. After the evaluation period, if you decide to hire the employee, you pay no additional fee.

I have worked with Aspire Staffing several times over the last 10 years. Each time they have been wonderful to deal with. Their staff in the office is always polite and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I love that they even have a kids play area and a TV in the lobby to make it more inviting! They really have thought of everything. I would recommend them to anyone in town! They are truly the only agency I would go to!!

Moved to Auburn Ky in November 2017, was looking for a job. I saw one of their signs all the way out in Russellville Ky, called and was told to come right over and fill out an application. It was the best decision ive ever made as they were very very professional. Great incentives for referring people. In my 90 days as a temp with them before i went fulltime at my job, i never once had an issue with payroll or anything. Staff is phenomenal. Would reccomend to anyone!

UPDATE: Here it is, 3 months later and I'm still at my job and I'm thriving! The company I was placed at is awesome and they have awesome people that work there, great people to work with.
