I tried three times over last two years to sell my house. I moved out years ago. I would make sure there were no tenants. Everything repaired, repainted. Added refaced kitchen. New pergo flooring. New bathrooms. Nothing worked!
Michael Asked for a chance several times. He has worked for a brokerage before that did not have terms I wanted. I don’t have a year or six months for it to sit vacant.
The tenants moved out. Michael had home termite inspected. Interactive videos done. Everything ready to go! A couple bought it AND I had a back up before it ever even was listed!
