Dr. James Gore is the owner of Family Medical Center and Internal Medical Center and has been practicing medicine for over 31 years. He initially went to dental school and became a dentist in 1982. Dr. Gore furthered his education and received his medical degree from University of Florida in 1986. He served and practiced medicine in the United States Navy in San Diego, California before relocating to his hometown of Griffin, GA in 1992.

This facility had their data stolen from obvious Poor IT service handeling their data. With that said, Patient name, address, date of birth, and so Social Security numbers (but the health records and financial records is no evidence were stolen, RIGHT). What is most disturbing is this happened in November 2017, “just now February 8th 2021 I received mail, ” 4 years later notifying the me.” I called the clinic to speak to someone and was immediately transferred to an automated voicemail and you can not leave a message. I am NOT a number and will never come back!

I saw a NP rather than a doctor to both establish care as well as get treatment for a rash. Even though I had lab work done with a different doctor a few weeks ago, she had it done again. She knew I had eaten a few hours previously, and even though my previous lab work was all within normal ranges, this one showed elevated cholesterol and blood glucose and i got a call today recommending I go on statins and do yet more blood work.
As for the rash, she looked at it and said it was fungal and prescribed cream and pills to combat fungus. By the next morning, the rash was really bad. My early morning
