Capital provides permanent fixed rate financing for loan amounts of $2 million and up with maturities of up to 10 years amortized over 25 or 30 years, usually on a non-recourse basis. Fully amortizing loans with up to 15 year maturities will be considered depending upon tenancy and property type. Loan to values of up to 80%, depending on property type, except for Credit Tenant Lease which may go to 100% LTV.
