I started the refinancing process at the end of July 2020. The first lender ended up trying to cheat us out of a locked interest rate, so by October we switched to a second lender. The second lender seemed to be working out, until he went on Christmas vacation and NEVER CONTACTED US AGAIN. Finally, I contacted Rocco S. at Gold Ring Investments, who lowered our monthly payment, lowered our 30 year plan to a 25 year plan, secured a great interest rate, and just saved us sooo much money in general. We also got refunded a hefty amount after closing. Plus, Rocco completed the entire process in ONE MONTH

Rocco was so very helpful in explaining the process as we went along. He was patient when I asked so many questions.
