Sarah came to mom's house an hour after we got mom home from the hospital to discuss care needs and options with us and figure out the plans to help mom stay in her own home. She came back just a few hours later to stay overnight with mom and also set up her medications. Staff was available for all the care that we needed help with as well as medication set up and blood work so mom didn't have to make another trip to the doctor.

Connect Homecare was created as the result of the community need for in home care in the area and the demand for people wanting to age in their place of choice: home. We started out very small and have grown over the past couple years. We are often thanked for filling a much needed void in the healthcare community.
