H eel pain is most often caused by plantar fasciitis - a condition that is sometimes also called heel spur syndrome when a spur is present. First time meet meeting with doctor Laughed at me for the steps I had taken to try to take care of my foot saying I spent way too much money. During that first exam nation at a foot doctor he didn’t wash his hands when he entered the room and then when he left. At the end of the first appointment had me do an x-ray. It told him I had one already but made take one there. Because there machines are different. He didn’t even look at the x-ray before I left. he didn’t even mention the x-ray ever again. Why make me pay for a new X-ray after telling him that I had brought my own x-ray in from the

Took my adult son with autism to Jennifer Wool Cottone today. When leaving the office, had to stop by the receptionist to schedule his next appointment. My son started to touch playfully some of the office papers and a bottled water left alone. This Jennifer, who call herself a doctor don’t have a tiny idea how to treat a person with autism. She started to tell him no, no, no, like 25 consecutive times, without breathing? She agitated him more. I tried to move him away, distracting him and using a soft voice with pauses for him to have time to get the request. But she continued interrupting me

First let me say that Mike Giordano is a very good doctor. Very knowledgeable and personable although a little rushed at times. If I were just reviewing him, I would give him 3-4 stars.
That said, the office staff here is absolutely horrible. They always tell you how busy and overwhelmed they are even if the waiting room is relatively empty. The office manager, Nancy, is very rude, unorganized and pretty close to incompetent. When I tried to get a couple pages of my records sent to me, I had to to call at least a half dozen times. I was told they were sent several times but they never were. Finally

I wish I could have Jennifer Wool- Cottone as an all around doctor. She is the most caring doctor ever. I had surgery yesterday and she came in and checked on me before hand and made me feel more comfortable before I went under ad it was my first surgery. She made sure I had pain meds before surgery so I didnt have to mess around after. Every time I go for a visit I am im and out within 30 mins I wouldn't trade her in. Thank you so much JWC for your help and comfort.

Witnessed absolutely horrible customer service by the young lady at the front desk. New patient that is blind was obviously unable to fill out paperwork necessary. Receptionist refused to help her saying they did not have enough staff. (Her and other receptionist had no other customers in line). Poor patient had to find someone in waiting room to help her.
