An amendment was passed in the General Assembly (Public Chapter No. 267) requiring persons that rent motorized watercraft be given an orientation for the particular kind of vessel.

Purchased a 500 Sundancer up river in Knoxville. Was recommended to travel down River about 4.5hrs in 33 degrees sleet/snow to Harbortowne Marina to haul out for transport and happy we did. Christy has been the best with helping accommodate anything we have needed. We had to head back to Miami to wait on the vessel and Christy has been in constant contact with updates with us. I’d spend the extra time if you are on the River and need haul out or service and go here, it was worth the journey! A++

We bought a 50 Sea Ray last week and needed to ship it to Miami, it was a lot of logistics and not an easy process. Thankfully we were recommended Harbortowne Marina by multiple people, we shortly found out why.. they are simply the best!
They helped us with everything, including haul out, emergency repairs, transport, prep for the storm and much more.. Kristy from the office is a rockstar!

Just picked up the boat I purchased from Mike, drove 16 hours from Texas and was thrilled to see that it was EXACTLY as I had hoped. Best experience I have had buying a boat!! Very honest and trustworthy and they go the extra mile. Knowing that I had to trailer back over 1000 miles they even replaced 2 of the bunks on the trailer that were needing it so that they were sure I would make it home. Highly Recommend working with them!!

I am the owner of the Carver 570 that Neva, of Marietta GA gave Harbortowne a 1 star review. The review could be no further from the truth. They did an excellent job and followed all the proper protocols. A year later I took the boat to them for a new issue and they took care off the issue. They also touched up my bottom paint which they had done a year prior at no charge.
They are the go too marine service location on the TN river.
I was married to Neva for 10 months and been trying to divorce her for 4 yr 5 mo.

My wife and I are new to boat purchasing. Familiar with boats but that’s besides the point. We are in Nebraska and I am picky, so I searched the entire US for the brand we decided on. Mike Giannini from Harbortowne Marine must be the ultimate salesman. He was very easy going, never pushy, very factual, and the most upfront and honest on both + and -. I wanted an awesome stereo. I asked how it was and he flat out said “probably not what you want to hear but it needs some attention. Needs A, B, and C and would be up to your specifications” (the only negative btw) everything else check out.

Im only as good as the crews I work with .
When we're on tight schedules,
I've found Harbortowne to be run like clockwork.
Even after I'm loaded,
staff will stop by when I'm securing the vessels for OTR transport and ask if I need anything or is there anything they can do to assist .
This is what separates the average to superior service.
Everyone from lift operators to management is on game from start to finish.
Inland marinas rarely score as high on my list as some of the best coastal
