We purchased a new Triton boat from this business in May 2013. My father had purchased there before. This past May 2014, we had an issue with the hydraulic on the motor that would let the motor drop when loading on the trailer. We stopped by on the way home from the fishing trip and the owner as well as the service manager came out and looked at the issue and said, "yes, we will have to order the new hydraulic." June came and the piece was still not in. July came, and still no piece for the repair. Two weeks ago stopped in and no one knew anything about the part, if it had been ordered
