Services
Standard accessories include cable with an epoxy resin-sealed water-resistant cable base, auto-cut thermal motor protector, dual mechanical seals, and lip seal design. The A-05A is an extremely practical and low-temperature pump with an oil-filled motor and single seal design. International standard design: industrial-grade cable, air-cooled motor, silicon carbide seals, and highest-grade cast iron construction.
Our basins contain a minimum of 40% fiberglass and a maximum of 60% commercial-grade resin. This glass-to-resin ratio and a filament winding manufacturing process allows us to provide our customers with the most structurally-sound and environmentally-friendly basin available. Furthermore, our basins are manufactured to withstand soil loadings in excess of twice the force created by saturated sand or 120 pounds/ft.
Mechanical seals are engineered for all submersible HCP pump models to offer long-lasting usage and prevent leakage in sewage, wastewater, and dewatering applications. Single/Double mechanical seals have a single spring coiled design for more flexibility to accommodate any misalignment, shaft deflection, and break away shock loading.
