HE ANSWERED THE PHONE!! Did you get that? He answered the phone. You know how rare that is anymore. Then, yeah there's more, then he DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO!! I couldn't be happier. He answered the phone, fixed my problem in a timely manner and was very pleasant to talk to. If you call anyone else to fix your well problems, well you just deserve what you get, which is maybe a rotten snake in the water or a bad case of acne on your daughter. I'm happy.

I cannot say enough good things about Dugger's Pump & Well Repair. I called 3 other companies before speaking with Chad. He immediately knew what to do and what to look at, which was such a relief for me. Other companies all wanted to replace my well without even looking at it. Chad came out and diagnosed it properly; turns out all I needed was my pressure tank adjusted. He educated me and told me what to watch for and how to check it . THANK YOU DUGGER'S PUMP & WELL REPAIR!! If you want educated, experienced, pleasant and professional work call Dugger's first.

Dugger Well Repair just fixed my well at my home and were wonderful to work with. It was like having your best friend come over and help.
On time and the knowledge of how to diagnose a problem was fantastic. It was like they were working on their on well to make sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend.

We began experiencing pump problems last night. My husband works out of state so that left me here by myself without any water. I sent a Facebook message to them at around 2:30 this morning. Within minutes they had responded back. They called me a little after 7 this morning and promptly came to my house to fix the problem. They went out of their way with the bad weather coming in to make sure that I was taken care of, despite this code red storm system. They got the matter resolved and I now have water. They were also helpful in making sure that I understood what the issue was and what parts were

I worked a 12 hour night shift in a ER and on my way home this morning my daughter text to say that “I think the water has been shut off”! Well we are not in the city so that told me we had a pump problem!! Not good!
I have never used this company before but have dealt with pump problems many times before. Y’all know it can take up to a week to get someone out, but not these guys!! I called around 8 and by lunch time they were out there and had us up and running by 3.
Very compassionate service, super good pricing and professionalism!! You can’t ask for more than this.
