There should be an expression past 'above and beyond' for how Jon handled the sale of our home of 20 years. At the beginning, he listened well and lent his experience and expertise. Jon and Holly provided regular contact with me and my family over the sales of both our rental and family homestead. It was a long time in coming but we finally were in a position to sell both lots/homes that sit side-by-side on Livermore's busy 4th Street and though our original contracted deal fell through, Jon & Holly were able to negotiate with our back-up offerees and come to a conclusion that almost matched our original contract. JON IS A ROCK STAR !! Holly is pretty awesome as well ! So our story, jumping back about 20 months ago we decided it was time to find a home in Lafayette... Simple right?
