Floyd and Sandra Gibbs at Quality Home Inspections are great people with a vast knowledge of what makes a home! QHI did an amazing job not only with the inspection itself but communicating their findings with us upon completion. I felt that they were not just there to point every negative aspect.... Of course there were a few but the general details of the home will help for years to come when making decisions relating to repairs and maintenance. We will use them again if find ourselves in need of relocation...hopefully not!:)

Quality Home Inspections recently completed our home inspection with April Hamilton as the inspector. April did a fantastic job. She allowed me to walk the house with her as she completed the inspection and provided easy to understand explanations to many areas of concern. She pointed out everything from maintenance items to keep up with as a homeowner, to defects which require immediate attention or correction. I do and will recommend this company for the home inspection. What a gem they have in Mr. James (Jim) was great! A true professional you have representing your company. He was very reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. He left no stone unturned and no roof unlocked. He even cleaned after himself; he had to go to the attic and some of the insulation (small fibers) followed him out, he ensured he picked the droppings up as he closed his climb cart. He also had some great recommendations for minor repairs. The summary was written within hours of the inspection. i did not find this company by checking

We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to do a home inspection. Jim was our inspector and we cannot speak highly enough of him. He explained everything to my husband and was extremely thorough when inspecting the property. He was extremely professional and a very kind man. Being a first time homeowner we did not know what to expect yet he made us feel comfortable and explained the entire process of what he was doing. I never leave reviews but considering how heavily I relied on reviews to narrow down an inspector, in addition to the fact that I have not stopped thinking about how amazing our inspection went thanks to Steve, I was left no choice but to write one! Steve was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. We appreciated how he explained things to us in detail as we worked our way around and through the house and it seriously made us feel so confident and informed. His service was not rushed, he took his time in each room, at each vent, at each window, outlet, doorway, sink, etc. Same with the exterior

My sister in law used them for their home inspection and my wife was there during that home inspection. My wife liked how knowledgeable and upfront they were with her sisters home inspection. Being a new home buyer, I literally went with any recommendation and I was not disappointed. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment and Jim was already surveying the area. He was very thorough and would give us recommendations on how to fix cosmetic issues. He also provided more information about how houses were built back in the day. I would highly recommend them as they were very knowledgeable
