I recently sought help from Liliya after a hard school semester and busy work schedule which resulted in nerve pain around an area where I have previously had shingles. Liliya first of all is a wonderful conversationalist with a great sense of humor, which makes something so daunting like acupuncture seem less intimidating. I went to her for back pain and after a few treatments my back pain was gone and hasn't come back since.
She left me with some great tips to prevent future injuries and recommended posture changes to help assist with finding my weight fully supported and distributed properly.
