As you age, the connective tissue in your skin breaks down. These tissues, known as collagen and elastin, work together to make your skin tight and supple. Kybella's main ingredient is a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid. This substance, which is found naturally in your body, is responsible for breaking down and absorbing fat. When the solution is injected into your body, the deoxycholic acid immediately starts destroying fat cell deposits. Once they're broken down, the cells can't accumulate fat any longer.

I had gone for a consult and ended up buying one of their services. Dr. Camden was wonderful and took her time with me and explained everything thoroughly. Her staff was very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend her practice should you want to feel better about yourself!

I am currently getting laser hair removal services at New Medical Spa. It is a nice location and the treatments seem to be working so far but the owner and staff were extremely rude to me and another employee while I was at front desk, attempting to schedule my next appointment. I had to whisper to the employee that was actually trying to help me and was professional (I did not get his name). A lot of turn over at the front desk with absolutely no organization. I can not say enough about Bonnie though! She is extremely knowledgeable, cares about you, and takes her time to make you feel seen.

Went in for Botox. last few appointment ok and happy with results. after procedure Dr Camden said I need fat removal procedure that she could provide. Dr Camden squeeze my stomach rolls and said she want to remove my “donut”. front desk has high turnover. they never have my paperwork on file. never seen a single mask in this “medical” setting. unprofessional and upsetting.

This company is a fraud it does not stand by its services nor its products. I highly encourage you to go to a company that stands by their work as well as their services!! Please, please read the documents that you signed. It States you will not receive any type of compensation. I consistently
sent photos before or after my procedure within 3 months. The services I was promised was totally inconsistent to what I was told by Teresa and her staff... Then I was told I had to pay for additional services!. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company... because in these times of COVID-19

Unsatisfactory work. The results do Not look good- I am unnatural, uneven, and now feel very awkward!
Dr Camden was friendly but aggressive and I was upsold thinking I needed it. The person at the front was also insincere- they are out for your money and not for quality work. Beware! I will not go back here.

If I could give more stars I would! I recently moved out of the Richmond area to the mountains about an hour and a half away. I still continue to travel to receive services here because they are so amazing! I could not imagine going anywhere else. I love the New Medical Spa, I see Lauren for my eyelashes and Sarah for my injections. They both are truly amazing at what they do and have been such gifts to my life. You will not be disappointed.Thank you Sarah for preparing me for my wedding, I feel so much more confident!

20 units of Botox cost me $150. Teresa said it would take 2 weeks to notice a difference. I have had Botox before with good results. She is not using a full strength because nothing has changed on my lines. She got put off that I did not want to buy $2000 worth of services she wanted to "sell". DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place.
