I found Jade through a family member. I live in Virginia Beach but Jade and the customer service from the office I have received in my visits is definitely worth the drive! Any schedule interferences they reach out immediately. If you're on Jade's waitlist she definitely tries to prioritize with your schedule when the time comes for an opening. She was absolutely right. My Botox and lips came out perfect, I was used to being "frozen" in my previous Botox experiences with little to no eyebrow/forehead movement, but after seeing Jade my eyebrows are arched (yay) and it looks much more natural but still wrinkle free!

The BEST place for filler, Botox, facials, all of it. The whole staff is so pleasant and accommodating, everyone makes you feel comfortable and I never feel judged. Even had family issue and missed an appointment. I wasn't able to get in contact for almost a week due to major family crisis. And when I called they were able to fit me in ASAP. They are sincere, caring, non-judgmental,professional, and aren't just trying to "sell" you on anything.

I used to go to another place and never really felt that welcome. They were pleasant but warm. Oh my goodness, this place is a 360 difference. You feel so welcomed! All the staff and even the owner! I was walking down the hallway and he stopped me to introduce himself. What a nice guy!! A sign a good place is they make eye contact with you and smile. They are so happy you are there! If you are looking for a place like this to feel better or are somewhere you are not happy, come here!

I found Rejuvenate MD when I searched Dr. Oz's website looking for Dr. Emma's diet plan. The customer service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor, nurses, and office staff were all very patient and kind. I appreciated that there was no sense that they were in a hurry to move on to the next customer.
