We have been with BFM for about 25 years, in two different houses. They are the consummate professionals. They thought carefully about every aspect of the installations in both houses, and have always been prompt and responsive on the rare occasions when there has been any issue with a component. They are a family-run company and the service is personal. We cannot imagine using anyone else.

We just had our alarm system installed yesterday, so it's too soon for me to review how well the system works (although it seems great so far). However, I can already say definitively that these guys provide outstanding, friendly, professional customer service. Tony, who I believe is the owner, took lots of time on the phone to answer all of my questions and to provide advice (some of which involved recommendations not to necessarily add services, which I really appreciated). Most important, there was a miscommunication about one of the set up fees, and when I reminded him we hadn't discussed

We have been with them for greater than 20 years. They were scheduled to a fire inspection today however the check for their service would be in tomorrow and the reschduled. Not only have we been a long term customer, but we have a service contract with them and are a professional office. Avoid them as all they obviously care about is money and not service - person I spoke to is Toni - who obviously doesn't know how to run a business
