Dr. Rao is a top flight doctor. She has greatly helped my family. She is caring, attentive and takes the time to talk to both of us as parents, and with our child. She is always available and extremely responsive. You don't feel like just another patient with Dr. Rao. You know you are working with someone that is a master of craft combined with personal attention every time.

To have found Dr. Rao was a prayer answered. My son was in need for immediate help at a young age and his doctor at the time was unable to provide the treatment most suitable for him. Stumbling across Dr. Rao not only instantly saved my son’s life, but has transformed him and our family. She has a gift of understanding and identifying what people need and treating conditions properly. My son is now 12 and is thankful she could help him when no one else could. There isn’t a day that goes by where we are not grateful for having Dr. Rao. Highly recommend.

I'm so thankful that I found and got to meet this doctor! She took her time to ask me lots of questions. She is very personable, caring, and patient. She'll answer all your questions and help you to find other sources to help with your individual needs. She also helped me to find a doctor who is now my primary physician because they are affordable for people like me who have no health insurance.
I highly recommend her!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father Michael Hall. He found Dr. Rao to have a compassionate "bed side manner". She is clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Just as important, she seeks to treat the whole person - mental, physical, and spiritual. He was relieved to find a doctor he can trust.

My wonderful psychiatrist of 7 years retired, leaving me to find a new doctor that I could trust with the well-being of my mental health. I was hoping, even expecting to have scheduled a new patient appointment with the "best" psychiatrist in Dallas when I set one with Dr. Rao. You know that one time when you read countless glowing five star reviews for that cute little restaurant nearby? Cut to you picking up lunch from the place only to later find yourself hunched over a toilet bowl, sweating and traumatized by the whole experience. That's pretty much how my psychiatrist appointment

I had my first visit with Dr. Rao. Her office is located off Lovers Lane above retail space. She has a waiting room with a TV and drinking options with an adjoining office. The space is very clean, inviting, and quiet. At my initial visit she took a little over an hour to understand my history. She had some good initial feedback regarding my medications, and she was willing to work with me on what I needed. She is a caring professional who wants to help her patients and not just collect a check.
