Words cannot describe what an amazing experience the staff made this hard time for me. I had my father funeral services held at Good Life. Every interaction I had was personal , it never felt like business and was very comforting. The staff took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, they never made me feel like it was a business deal, or pressure me in any matter. They made me feel like family.. Each visit ( bringing my dads clothes, making arrangements, picking my dad up, picking up the death certificates and picking up “thumbed”) was personal. They took me inside and spoke to me!!

In our time of sorrow and pain at the passing of my wife’s mother Ramona Cruz the funeral director Sarah , and Angela ,and all who worked with them were very loving and caring. The Good Life Community Funeral and Cremation were very, very helpful in my time of need. My oldest son passed in his sleep and when I was told to call a funeral home to assist I could not think. I went to google and started looking. They had a 4.7 out of 5 rating and that is what made me contact them. I was so pleased with their kindness and compassion. I have utilized the services of Good Life for both of my parents and they have exceeded my expectations both times. They are prompt from start to finish, they are thorough, providing great information and answering all questions, and the staff inform you of all your options without pressing you to do anything more than you wish. I find this refreshing, particularly at an already difficult time. The staff are friendly, comforting and helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The passing of a loved one is so hard and having to deal with all the responsibility of everything that comes with it is even harder. Sarah and Brittany do such a great job at making everything so simple and not as overwhelming as it can be. I highly recommend this place. The pricing is realistic and better than other places in the east Orlando area. I love that its one family at a time as opposed to other funeral homes. The space is a bit limited inside but there is plenty of parking. They have a kitchen available and one bathroom for both sexes. Overall, highly recommend!
