I was truly not prepared for today. 3 years ago the county did my husband's ashes and he was fine sand. My son was accidently shot and killed. I expected his ashes to be the same they weren't anywhere near it. I wasn't even walked thru any process except paperwork. No discussion on anything. They weren't even clear with the pricing. They ordered the wrong pendant for the father and the last thing I wanted to see was the toetags for a white male when my son was clearly black. Mr Locke was very in depth when I received the call back but stuttered stremendously over the pendant deal. As Mr Locke says

I highly recommend using Cremation Services of Mid Florida. Recently, my father in law who was a Korean War Veteran passed away. The folks here, such as Tom and Cheryl made this such an easy experience. Not only did they explain the entire process, but were also very supportive. Tom went above and beyond and was able to schedule a funeral time with a military honor guard. I cannot thank these people enough for their support through such a difficult time!!!

I am happy to rate this business with 5 stars. I wish there were more. Such an amazing group of compassionate people! Tom was particularly helpful as my Mom was passing. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just an authentic desire to help those in need during one of the most difficult times in life. I could not recommend this company more highly. Thank you all so very much! These folks were very kind and helpful. The results were very professional. I was pleased with the kindness of the front desk person. So, why only four stars? One thing: The door to the actual crematorium is accessed by employees from the front office, While picking up my sisters ashes I was treated to a full view of the "furnace" with full sound. Perhaps they should consider a freestanding wall or divider just inside that door, so employees can pause, close the door entry door, and step around a divider to the work area with out grieved family members seeing inside. I was very fragile the day
